Hello, fabulous party planners! At Bake and Inflate, we completely understand that sometimes plans can change. We’re here to make every bit of your process – including cancellations – as smooth and sweet as possible. Here’s how our cancellation policy works, with a dash of the same love and care we put into each of our events:

Cancellations 💌
More than 14 Days Before Your Event:
Should your plans change more than 14 days before your special day, you will only lose your deposit. No muss, no fuss – we understand and appreciate your early heads-up! 🌟😊

Between 14 to 7 Days Before Your Event:
If you cancel between 14 and 7 days prior to your event, you’ll be liable for 50% of the total booking cost. We’ll miss you, but we respect your decision. 💛✨

Within 7 Days of Your Event:
Cancelling your booking within 7 days will mean you’ll lose your deposit and be liable to pay the full cost of the total hire. We know this can sting, but those last-minute logistical fairies need their planning magic too. We ask for as much notice as possible to spread a bit of consideration all around! 🎈💔

Bulk Bookings 🌼
If we’ve crafted a special bulk price just for you and your entourage of joyful guests:

Cancelling Without Notice
You’ll be responsible for the total cost of all bookings in full if cancellation occurs without prior notice. It’s like a sad musical chairs where everyone was left standing! 🚫🎶

Cancelling After Partial Hire:
If you’ve enjoyed some of the agreed bookings and then decide to cancel, you'll need to pay for any hires already taken at the full price listed on our website. We aim to be fair and clear – every joyful moment counts! 🎀🗓️

A Little Note on Outdoor Events 🌧️
This policy doesn’t apply to outdoor bouncy castles or inflatables that need to be cancelled due to bad weather. Mother Nature sometimes has her own plans, and it's only fair to make room for her whims. 🍃💦
